In the past 5 days, I've watched 3 shows in the cinema. Protege, Norbit, and 300. Protege and Norbit i went to watch with jac; 2 movies in 1 day, power man!! IMHO, i think Protege is the typical undercover cop canto movie. Not bad so to speak, but the part where daniel wu screams like a girl when he sees a dead body is just to pussy-like for me :P. I mean, he's a cop, and wats more, he's an undercover cop working for a drug lord. Bound to see a few dead bodies in his life rite? haha..
The other one i saw was Norbit. All right, i didn't read any review for this movie so i didn't know wat to expect except a lot of laughs considering its Eddie Murphy, Eddie Murphy and yes, Eddy Murphy in it. He's like his usual funny antics la, think The Nutty Professor and u'll get the picture. Although the supporting cast was quite funny, Eddie Griffin did a good job IMHO playing the pimp. But i still don't like the way the fat lady says 'how you doin'. Thats like so bithcy.. Prefer the Joey one in Friends, 'How ya doin' ;).
As for 300, what can i say, so far its the best show of 2007 for me. Graphics was superb, acting was good and costumes/make up was great. Fight scenes, wow, chunted! And for once, thanks to the Malaysia censorship board for not cutting out the blood n gore. There were heads flying everywhere, body parts being chopped n mutilated like chicken in a kitchen. Only thing is (as usual n expected), they did censor out nude scenes :(. Another sad note is, no chun actresses to drool over in the show. But there were plenty of beefcake actors la. Especially the part where the Spartan army marched towards the Hot Gate, fuh.. i've never seen so many men with perfect six packs gathered togather before! Surely got girls squirming in their seats liao :P.
Hmmm.. on other notes, didn't do much this week, didn't have much to do anyways, futsal pun dun have, just stay at home and catch up watching anime n series that i've not finished. Followed Jac back to malacca, she offered to fetch me back, so couldn't possibly say no rite? haha.. 1 thing i noticed, sunway/monash really has a lot of hot chicks there la weh. So many 'my type of girls'. I so don't belong in Tar college... -.-'' . Jac i come visit u more often k? :P
Results should be out sumwhere along next week. Die la, dunno how i fared. I think will at least fail 1 although i can't afford to fail anymore. Costing me too much money liao. Knn.. still got 1 n a half hours before Man Utd's match starts. Hope we win this as well. Then 5 am got El Clasico. Barcelona against Real Madrid. If history has any say , it should be one cracking match to watch! hmm.. think i'll go play manager first la. Till next time, ciao
